Neutral Ground is a welcoming and secure Child Contact Centre dedicated to helping families rebuild and maintain relationships. We provide a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for families living apart.
Our free services include supported and handover contact for parents and children, helping them build positive connections in a neutral setting. With dedicated staff and volunteers, Neutral Ground ensures families have the space to grow and bond without judgment.
Whether you're a parent, referrer, or volunteer, we're here to make every visit a meaningful step forward.
The coordinator will be required to manage, support, supervise, recruit and train volunteers, as well as overseeing the operation of the centre. They will also be responsible for the day to day running of the charity, liaising with Trustees, preparing board papers, monitoring and meeting funding requirements. This position will be based from home during the week and in the centre on Saturdays.
